Savannah, GA and It’s Legacy of HipHop

Savannah

Savannah, Ga is our beloved Port City; lots of history, legacy, great food, great people, great books, and great movies were made in Chatham County, Savannah, Georgia. 20 years ago, the city was put on the Hip Hop map, by a young great rapper named Camoflauge, and just in a blink of an eye, his climb to fame was cut short by violence. His daughter, Flau’Jae has put the city on the map again by reclaiming the destiny, her father prophesied for her life. And now two other artists are ready to shoot their shot for fame and glory, in the pursuit of keeping Savannah’s name tied in with the history of Hip Hop. GI Rob and 6ix 24 Scrilla. DirtySouthHipHop.com sat down with both artists recently to find out more about their direction. Flau’jae has reopened the doors for Hip Hop in the Port City, so the time is now. The time is now for Port City Muzik.

My new single shake this feelin dives into the fact when your going through live and you hit a obstacle or even discomfort you can chose to stay and be messed up about it or you realize you can’t shake the feelin but continue to push on.

So with the climate of today’s artists using ghostwriters, would you use any, and have you done any, for any artists out there now?
